Study Abroad Programs

1. Fulbright (USA)

Program for university graduates and post-graduate students (Visiting Graduate Student Program or VGS).

Fulbright Master’s/postgraduate program provides grants to US universities for studying or carrying out research in all disciplines for graduates of the Russian higher education institutions and post-graduate students.

2. American Councils for International Education (IREX)

UGRAD Student Exchange Program for 1^st -3^rd year students of the Russian higher education institutions which participate in exchange programs with US universities.

3. German service of the academic exchanges of DAAD  (Germany)

(DAAD = Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst)

Post-graduate training programs. University graduates of all specialties who gained the diploma of a Specialist, Master or Bachelor degree. Students of final years of higher education institutions can also submit the application.

4. Grants of the Government of the PRC

Grant of the government of the People's Republic of China for training on Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate programs, and language programs as well. Grant recipients are sent to 94 selected state universities for training in about 300 specialties.

Term of applying for a grant: from January 1 to April 30 annually to submit the application to consulate/Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the country.

Grants:

• Bachelor degree and language students – 1 400 yuan/month
• Masters – 1 700 yuan/month
• Doctorate – 2000 yuan/month
